This Refund Policy applies to all clients who engage Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. for immigration consulting services, including but not limited to visa applications, permit applications, and citizenship applications. It outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the procedures for requesting a refund.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. may issue refunds to clients under the following circumstances:

  • If a client’s visa or permit application is refused by the relevant immigration authority.
  • If a client cancels their engagement with Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. before the commencement of services.
  • If Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. fails to provide the agreed-upon immigration consulting services due to unforeseen circumstances or breach of contract.

Refunds will not be issued in cases where the client provides false or misleading information, fails to meet the eligibility criteria for the immigration program, or withdraws their application after services have been rendered.

4. Refund Procedure
Clients who are eligible for a refund must submit a written refund request to Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. The request should include the client’s name, contact information, details of the services rendered, and the reason for requesting a refund. Upon receipt of the refund request, Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. will review the request and determine whether a refund is warranted based on the eligibility criteria outlined in this Policy.

5. Refund Amount
The amount of the refund issued by Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the services rendered, the fees paid by the client, and any applicable administrative costs or penalties. Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative costs from the refund amount, such as processing fees or third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

6. Refund Processing Time
Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. will endeavor to process refund requests in a timely manner. However, the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the volume of refund requests received. Clients will be notified of the outcome of their refund request via email or phone once it has been processed. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be credited back to the original payment method.
