- If a client’s visa or permit application is refused by the relevant immigration authority.
- If a client cancels their engagement with Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. before the commencement of services.
- If Road to Future Immigration Services Inc. fails to provide the agreed-upon immigration consulting services due to unforeseen circumstances or breach of contract.
